We started roasting our own coffee in 2015 out of a passion for craftsmanship. We are constantly looking for exceptional coffees with outspoken characteristics to thereafter
roast this coffee in the best possible way. We select our green bean importers carefully. Our importers stimulate farmers in different ways to farm more sustainable, they are
doing this by paying higher prices for better-produced coffee or to advice about harvesting, processing and storing the coffee at the location. We find it very important to make every step in the process from cherry till cup of coffee as transparent as possible. This way the client can get all the information they need about the coffee; we think this
is an important step towards more sustainable coffee.
Pies from our bakery
We choose all products we use for baking carefully. We bake all pies in our own bakery, which is why we know exactly what goes into our pies and how over the years we perfected our own secret recipes
