It is the botanical term in Spanish, of the fruit from the coffee tree. A drupa (drupe in English) is a fleshy fruit, with a seed inside (the coffee bean). It's short, and it's sweet!

About Our Coffee
Our coffees come from micro-lots and small producers, through a sustainable process from the farm to the cup. We believe in collaborating, and doing our part to better the lives of those, without whom, we couldn't enjoy the coffee we all love so much.
We focus on sharing and enjoying the ritual of preparing and serving coffee
Our shop is composed of two sections, the espresso station and the pour over station. In the espresso station we have a Kees van der Westen Spirit Duette, and a Victoria Arduino Mythos One grinder. In the pour over station we have a Mazzer Z, and five different brewing methods, syphons, Kalitas, V60, Chemex, and two Kyoto-Style cold brew towers. Come on in and experience them all!
