We specialize in preparing mussel dishes. The Netherlands is the home of mussels and in our opinion deserves more attention in the big cities. In addition to serving mussels, we will also focus on serving gin and tonic. We are going to make this innovative, but golden combination a household name. The name is therefore Mossel & Gin. An important reason for us to start Mossel & Gin is that we would like to see people eat more varied. There is not yet a fast food concept that is pure, sustainable, nutritious and Dutch (local). It is a good time to introduce people to the mussel and its versatility. We believe that in addition to the "taste" factor, a concept should also have the "content" factor.
You have to feel attracted and at home. Taste and ambiance are key. The image surrounding the mussel is for most people a black pan without too much variation. That is what we are going to change.
